Life presents us with complex challenges, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate them. My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet your unique needs. I work with individuals of all ages and have extensive experience supporting couples, blended families, and co-parenting dynamics.
