My main areas of focus are clients with issues managing anxiety, grief, and PTSD. I enjoy helping clients who are an active part of their treatment; engaging in the SMART goal setting process and gaining insight and apply learned skills to help them manage symptoms and/or whatever the specific goals of the client may be.
