I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado. I have been providing counseling services since 2017. I work with individuals (18+) and couples to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Counseling provides the groundwork to process challenges, develop new skills, access inner strength, gain confidence, heal, and flourish. My focus is to empower you to reach your goals by exploring beneath the surface, while helping you to develop skills to address your concerns. I will work with you to customize a holistic treatment plan to fit your needs.
