I am a firm believer in collaboration and a genuine therapeutic relationship. Part of collaboration is helping you understand what it is you're looking for from therapy, and then meeting you with empathy and honesty as we navigate your journey together. I believe that the outcome of therapy is as good as the effort put into it, and I find joy in empowering individuals to take an active role in their treatment to achieve their goals.
