My name is Ashley, and I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are, assisting them in clearing what’s holding them back so they may envision their ideal outcomes and execute a plan to reach their desired destination. My goal is for my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood in a compassionate space of safety and free of judgement. I specialize in trauma and attachment using a combination of treatment modalities including EMDR, CBT, talk therapy, and neurofeedback. My mission is to assist clients in creating a life free of patterns and pain from a past that no longer serves them. Our first session, I am getting to know more about you. I listen and ask questions that allow me to get a clear picture of who you are, your goals, background, struggles, and what your barriers are.
