I provide therapy to clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, feeling stuck or unmotivated, isolation, self-doubt, life transitions, and strained relationships. I work with both adolescents and adults. I am certified in and specialize in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I am dedicated to supporting moms and birthing persons who are expecting, navigating postpartum depression, facing infertility, coping with birth trauma, or experiencing grief and loss.
