Hello! I'm Ashley – a licensed social worker and therapist. Whether you are new to therapy or are looking to start again, I am ready to walk alongside you as you work to overcome life's challenges and create the life you envision for yourself. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, so I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My practice is strengths-based, empowerment-focused, and trauma-informed. You're the expert of your lived experience. My role is to collaborate with you to create goals and treatment strategies addressing your unique needs. As a neurodivergent clinician, I am uniquely suited to support individuals with ADHD and also have years of experience supporting survivors of sexual violence and those in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. While my specialties include ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma, I do not limit my practice to just these areas of concern.
