I have found that the most significant aspect of success in any therapeutic experience is the client-therapist relationship. It is very important to me that I create a safe, non-judgmental, environment for my clients. I tend to have a more casual and client-centered style and strive to provide a warm and empathetic environment, while also bringing humor and playfulness into my relationship with clients. Each of us has different experiences, which is why I tailor treatment styles to meet each client's individual needs. I believe in providing a safe space, in which clients can grow and feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
