I enjoy working with clients who are seeking change in their lives because they have either experienced a recent event that has caused stress, depression, and/or anxiety, or they are recognizing their need to address past trauma in order to move forward in their lives to become the best version of themselves. All individuals have life experiences, both traumatic and positive, that shape their worldview and how they live their lives. These experiences are interwoven into all our relationships, jobs, parenting, and daily interactions.
