Everyone goes through seasons of life that are more challenging than others. Working through some of these concerns with a caring professional can help find solutions, improve self and strengthen relationships. I have specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, work and career difficulties. I have a strong interest in working with young adults who are navigating transitioning to college or entering the work force.
