I believe that clients are the true experts of their own lives & my role is to learn from you & guide you through life’s transitions & challenges. My clients would describe me as genuine, compassionate, insightful & encouraging. My goal is to meet you where you are while also challenging you when necessary to foster healing & growth. As a Mental Health Counseling intern, I have gained valuable experience in areas such as depression, anxiety, pelvic pain, life transitions & relationship issues. My education, combined with my personal journey with these struggles, informs my practice & enables me to connect authentically with clients.
