My goal is to assist clients in processing and navigating the world and their challenges in healthy and helpful ways. I provide a nonjudgmental, secure, and supportive environment to assist clients from age 6 through the lifespan to meet the challenges they face. I enjoy working with people who offer different perspectives and life experiences to find solutions and skills that work for their life.
