I work from a holistic approach believing that everyone possesses inner skills and strengths. I assist in building upon those strengths while empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives. My desire is to meet clients where they are in life while collaborating with them on their therapeutic goals. Drawing to my faith, I use it to shape my approach with clients. Certified in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and trained in EMDR. Experience helping client's navigate values, life transitions, and identity - especially around faith, race, and sexuality. I have experience working with individuals, adolescences, couples, and families from all different walks of life with various concerns. I work best with clients 14 and up.
