In these times, more than ever it is imperative that we take care of our mental health. With so many factors affecting us on a day to day basis, it can be difficult to navigate our own thoughts and emotions, our relationships, and life events. Sometimes we need a brave space to simply process the challenges in our every day lives as well as work through the bigger issues that might be holding us back.
