I love to help people that struggle with complex and difficult to treat challenges. Symptoms related to emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation and trauma are my specialty. I also enjoy treating disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and disordered eating. Many of my clients have felt like previous treatment attempts have failed and find themselves seeking a more evidence based approach. I work with clients to build skills, emotional resilience, and create the life they love. I offer adherent DBT & CBT to support clients in developing insight, building mastery, and find balance. I use evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT to help clients manage intense emotions, self-harm, and chronic suicidality. I specialize in treating complex cases where previous therapy hasn't helped, offering structured skills and strategies to improve emotional stability, relationships, and overall quality of life.
