I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide therapy for individuals including adolescents and adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with people with depression, anxiety, grief, anger management issues, parenting issues, substance use disorders, self-harm, and suicidality, as well as mild trauma. I have provided services to populations who often do not have access to therapy such as those who have been incarcerated, on current or past probation, LGBTQIA+ folks, seniors, and other marginalized groups. I specialize in substance use disorders, self- harm/suicidality, and trauma.
