Deciding to partake in therapy is a difficult decision to make. My goal initially is to fully explain to you the therapeutic process as well as establish a solid therapeutic foundation. Together, we will identify goals you want to meet and I will assist in anyway possible for you to reach them! I am a core-emotional based therapist that wants to target the uncomfortable emotions and situations and teach you how to walk through the emotions rather than avoid or become reactive.
