My role is to show empathy and active listening and provide a environment for individuals to explore their emotions and experiences to maintain sobriety and overall reduce mental health symptoms. I guide clients through their personal journeys towards healing and self-discovery. Utilizing evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to identify and address their unique needs and goals in the substance use program.
