Currently accepting new clients. I specialize in working with a range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family adjustment, life changes and pre/postpartum depression/anxiety. I hope to provide a safe and supportive environment where a client may work towards feeling they are in a more positive emotional and mental place. Utilizing a collaborative approach allows an individual to feel less alone and more supported, setting them up on a more successful path. Currently the services provided are for adults and adolescents. As a client expresses their struggles verbally art can (if a client choses to) further be used as a way to work and progress through treatment. Art Therapy can be utilized by people of any age in both an individual or group setting.
