My focus areas: Couples / late diagnosed neurodivergence / parenting autism / postpartum. I want every couple to feel heard and seen as individuals and to gain fresh insight and tools for their relationship. I love helping improve communication, healing areas of hurt and resentment in a relationship, and improving intimacy. I also love working with parents of autistic children to find joy in parenting neurodivergence and working with late-diagnosed (or suspected) autistic adults. My third specialty area is working with new moms struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, and changes to body image and relationships.
