As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your fears and help resolve your challenges that you face in life through therapy. Whether your life challenges are depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, social media addiction/struggles or co-occurring issues, I am here to work with you through these challenges. I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as a certified school counselor that has worked in the mental health field for over 5 years. I have experience working with clients whom have struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, co-occurring disorders and addiction.
