Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. My ideal client is one who is open with themselves, has authenticity, integrity, and who is ready to make progress. I work with people who experience childhood trauma, mental health concerns, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and I'm trained in anger management and DBT. I'm really good with helping people identify what they need and working towards meeting those goals. I also have experience providing court mandated services in institutional settings, therapy with individuals with severe trauma, and working with individuals who have struggled previously in counseling, but are ready for another try.
