Currently, accepting new telehealth clients! There are many reasons people seek out therapy. Problems can range from major life changes or minor transitions, frustrations with repeating the same mistakes, to general dissatisfaction with your overall quality of life. It is normal to struggle sometimes. You may be having trouble meeting goals, or feel stuck or confused about what might be standing in your way. If you are looking for direction and are ready to work towards creating a better quality of life, I can help. My practice is a safe space for LGBTQAI+ folks.
