I work with children, adolescents, and parents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, and behavioral challenges. Families often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to support their child and my goal is to help them feel hopeful and confident again. I provide a warm, supportive space where kids and teens can feel understood, learn emotional regulation skills, and build resilience. For parents, I offer guidance, practical tools, and coaching to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and create healthier family dynamics.
