I am a licensed therapist in California. I enjoy working with couples on their journey toward building a healthy, fulfilling relationship. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each couple I work with. I primarily work with couples facing relationship challenges, communication issues, or life transitions. I enjoy helping couples improve their communication, navigate conflicts, and strengthen their connection to build more fulfilling relationships. I also contract with schools and clinics to offer clinical supervision to interns/trainees from local colleges. I have 9 years of experience working with children, families, adults, and couples to help them achieve their goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Couples Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model. My approach is tailored to each couple's unique story and needs.
