I enjoy working with teens, and adults with are navigating the complexities of mental health challenges. I specialize in treating and working with ADHD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, postpartum transitions, parenting struggles, and grief. My goal is to help clients who are seeking a space where they feel truly seen, heard and supported while also being gently challenged toward growth. I am here to help support you in your journey towards developing resilience, alleviating suffering, and gaining a deeper self understanding.
