Welcome to my page! I am currently accepting new clients. I'm Ashley and I have been in the mental health field for over 12 years, and a private practice psychotherapist for over 5 years. I primarily help folks with anxiety, trauma, and attachment wounds. Most of my clients come to me with high self-awareness, but feel stuck in how to change negative core beliefs, or heal from past emotional wounds that are affecting them and their relationships. If you are looking for a deeper, experiential, changing-from-the-inside-out type of therapy then we will be a good fit!
