I have worked in hospice and palliative care and passionate about helping people cope with difficulties in life. I provide attentive and thoughtful holistic practices, combining past-present-future work to help people process their experiences, ground in the moment, and plan for tomorrow. My clinical perspective is shaped by years of experience in grief, complex trauma, and helping navigate life changes. I help people navigate times of uncertainty. Whether you're looking to unpack your long-term stressors or you're supporting a loved one with a chronic illness (or have one yourself!), I am able to provide the understanding support that you need to cope and build a strong future. I am certified in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC) and Trauma focused CBT.
