Hi! I'm Ashley Estes, a therapist working virtually out of Maine. I work with children, adults, and families specializing in providing therapy to those who are impacted by an eating disorder. Whether you are someone who has been working on your relationship with food and your body for a while or have recently been diagnosed with an eating disorder reaching out for treatment is a brave step. I see individuals who have been diagnosed with Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, other eating disorders, or are wanting to explore your relationship with food or body image. I do encourage a relationship with your PCP while in therapy.
