As a therapist, I work with both individuals and couples navigating life’s complications and emotional challenges. I specialize in helping clients understand and heal from codependency and trauma, offering a safe and supportive space for growth and transformation. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support lasting change. I am also EMDR-trained and equipped to help clients process and recover from trauma symptoms with care and sensitivity.
