Are you experiencing a disconnect in your relationships, low self esteem, difficulty at work/school? Sometimes we come to point in life where we need outside support to walk with us. I offer a safe, nonjudgemental space to navigate where you are and where you want to go. Whether that is learning healthy coping skills, improving communication or reflecting on current relationships; it is my privilege to be a part of your journey as you relearn to love and support yourself and rediscover your inner strength.
