I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I supervise new clinicians and help clients who experience excessive worrying, OCD, ADHD, depression, people-pleasing tendencies, difficulty regulating their emotions, stress, trauma responses, and poor self-esteem, as well as those going through life transitions or facing parenting concerns. As your therapist, I will welcome you into a safe and supportive space, providing you with the tools to help you feel empowered and confident as you navigate life's challenges. My approach is holistic, relaxed, and goal-oriented. We will build you up and quiet the thoughts of self-doubt. I use psycho-education so you can learn why you feel the way you do, and I am trained in various therapeutic methods, including ICBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will determine what works best for you.
