I am passionate about helping individuals gain greater insight, self-awareness, and ultimately find their way toward healthy living. This can be achieved by exploring and understanding behavioral and relational patterns, as well as past experiences, while identifying areas where changes can lead to greater life satisfaction. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, relational issues, body image concerns, maladaptive thought processes, and low self-esteem.
