I know it is not easy to reach out for help during life's most difficult times. I offer clients a space free of judgement to explore their greatest challenges and stressors. Connecting with the right therapist, working together in a caring and supportive environment, will help guide you in the right direction. My ultimate goal for each and every person I work with is that they are reaching their full potential and feel their absolute best. I have varied background, working in the mental health field for the last twenty plus years. I work with clients and families ranging in age from five through adulthood. I take an eclectic approach, working with each individual client based on their current needs and presenting problem.
