Welcome! Whether you have been in counseling before, or if this is your first time, I am glad you are here. I desire to help you continue, or begin, your therapeutic journey. I work with an approach to therapy that doesn't have a "one size fits all," but is holistic, evidence-based, and inclusive. If you are ready to begin, go ahead and give me a call or send an email.
