About

I have worked with teenagers with problem sexual behavior and/or inappropriate sexual behavior, anxiety, trauma, depressive symptoms, behavioral struggles, and grief. My hope is to help children and adolescents identify and restructure their negative patterns in order to create healthy and helpful patterns to enhance their relationships and quality of life. My hope in working with adults is to be a listening ear and to shed light on strengths that are already present to build autonomy, independence, and self-confidence.
