I'm a Holistic Trauma Therapy Specialist providing both Individual & Group Trauma Therapy for Adults struggling with CPTSD/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Victims of Narcissistic Abuse, Sexual Trauma, and other Traumatic Experiences, as well as Grief & Loss Issues. Our Individual Holistic Trauma Therapy & KAP sessions use integrative approaches to help clients process their traumatic experiences in healthy and safe ways; helping to find balance and inner peace at deeper levels. Our Group Trauma Therapy sessions are designed to hold space, support & help clients process & connect with peers who have experienced similar traumatic events.
