Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm so glad you're here. Maybe you find yourself overwhelmed, on guard, and people pleasing. Maybe you say "I'm fine" when you feel anything but. You do not have to carry this alone, and healing is possible. I am passionate about helping clients deal with overwhelming life experiences and find healing. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered (and share a laugh or two)! I use a variety of approaches including EMDR, IFS, EFT, and DBT. I believe that the therapy experience is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to fit each client’s individual needs and goals.
