About

At Empower Women Counseling, I believe we are all wired for connection—and when early attachment relationships are disrupted by trauma, neglect, or instability, those wounds often show up later as anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, and feeling unsafe in your own body. I specialize in attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy for women, helping you heal at the root rather than just manage symptoms. My approach is body-based and relational, integrating trauma-informed yoga, somatic therapy, breathwork, IFS (parts work), and EMDR to help your nervous system learn that safety is possible again. View 4 Photos When the body feels safe, lasting emotional change can occur. I am passionate about using yoga to help clients find safety and wisdom within their bodies before reprocessing trauma. For clients who feel stuck in talk therapy alone, I offer psychedelic-assisted EMDR (ketamine-assisted therapy) with careful preparation and integration.
