I draw from person-centered approaches to create a collaborative space where your inherent wisdom guides our work together. When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness to help you develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions and building self-compassion. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in radical body acceptance.
