After counseling hundreds of females in my career, I’ve noticed trends in what many of the women I counseled were struggling with and have purposely specialized in those areas to better help. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I specialize in helping women and teen girls with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, infertility struggles, and all things postpartum and motherhood.
