I offer a warm, relational, and person centered approach to people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mood disorders (postpartum), trauma/ptsd, family concerns, and other mental and emotional health concerns. I have worked across the lifespan throughout my career - but currently see a lot of young to middle aged adults. I am currently providing telehealth throughout the state of Michigan and Indiana.
