My name is Ashley Holmes and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide an eclectic type of approach to best fit my clients' needs and provide therapy from a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe approach. I work with various populations including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, DV, anger management, and more. The most common theoretical approaches I work with include ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Narrative Therapy.
