Hello, fellow human! I’m Ashley (she/her), Welcome! I’m not your average, buttoned-up therapist who’s going to sit there with a clipboard, nodding politely while you pour out your soul. No, no—I'm the one who'll listen intently, ask questions that make you think, and maybe throw in a totally random, weird analogy just to keep things interesting. I believe that therapy doesn't have to be all seriousness and no smiles. While I take your journey seriously, I also understand the importance of laughter, lightness, and a bit of fun along the way. I feel it to be a great privilege to sit with those I work with and share in their stories in hopes they leave a little bit lighter with each session.
