Welcome! My name is Ashley Hooper, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, fear and phobias. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), both of which are highly effective in reducing OCD symptoms and improving overall quality of life. Additionally, I am specialized in treating trauma through evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
