Every life stage comes with big feelings—and you don’t have to face them alone. I work with clients ages 5–25 who are facing big feelings like sadness, anxiety, anger, grief, or frustration. Whether it’s friendship struggles, school stress, family changes, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I provide a space where young people can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, from play therapy with children to collaborative, skills-based work with teens and young adults. My goal is to create a kind, welcoming environment where therapy feels safe, encouraging—and even fun.
