I utilize a heartfelt, collaborative approach to find the tools that best fit the individual. I want to work with you to identify your strengths, values, and beliefs. My clients tend to be young adults and adolescents, and usually women or non-binary individuals. Together, we may address many concerns including anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, panic disorders, life transitions, relationship concerns, communication and assertiveness. Together, we will explore your emotions, work on areas you would like to focus on, and use new skills to handle life's obstacles with confidence. These areas may involve us working on coping skills, mindfulness, interpersonal and problem solving skills, and becoming more empowered and comfortable with different emotions to understand and accept oneself better overall. I often use use ERP (exposure therapy), CBT, ACT or a mix of modalities with my clients, which we decide together based on their needs.
