Hi there! Welcome to my practice. My name is Ashley Ikeda and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 120013). I have worked with clients of all ages who have experienced/are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, life adjustments, self/harm, and acute or chronic trauma. I practice from a client-centered and integrative approach and utilize both evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing practices depending on what a client needs.
