I use a person-centered approach while utilizing components from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative therapy. Our work together will be uniquely and purposefully designed to be focused on you and your goals.
