The feedback I receive most from clients is that I provide a nonjudgmental space where they feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I have experience working in multiple settings with various populations, ranging from college students to adults and adolescents in correctional settings. Although I work with a variety of concerns, I’m passionate about my work with anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I like to balance gentle confrontation with highlighting your strengths, so I tend to work best with clients that are open to feedback and willing to do reflection outside of sessions.
